Easy to Use
ONE-TOUCH EasyOpen ring trigger of this Cardinal 1-inch binder , which opens and closes the rings with simple fingertip pressure. It’s also equipped with a tension-adjustment mechanism that prevents the rings from snapping shut too abruptly but keeps them locked when closed. The Cardinal 1-inch EasyOpen round ring binder also has a sheet-lifter plate inside to prevent documents from snagging on the rings when it’s closed.
